Parking Space
DAY 1
for the parking space challenge we have the same exact design as our line follower model and this took time because we forgot the design so this took most of our time in day one
DAY 2
this is our graph of distances and times for the parking space challenge to get the best results
this is a picture of our program for parking space
DAY 3
parking space video
DAY 4
today is the last day to finish things up and time to get our parking space
PARKING SPACE IS 115 and we landed on 108
1. State the assignment (problem/project) in your own words.
the assignment is to create a robot and a program that can stop on a measurement that is given to us
2. What are your input factors? (What do you need to know or do before you can begin?) Include the research you did.
the research we had to do for this aasignment was to get all the measurement we could possibly get
3. Describe the process in detail. Explain the steps you followed in order to complete the project.
the steps that we had to do was to create our robot then program it to stop at different times and then we recorded the times on a excell sheet so we could get as close as we could on the real deal
4. Describe the final output / product in detail: (what are we looking at?)
what we look at when the final test is done is a cart that is at a certain measurement we landed on 108 our goal was 115
5. Describe feedback you received during the project (suggestions, comments, etc). From peers, instructor ect.. How did you use this feedback to correct issues with your project?
the feedback we got was to measure the half a secounds
6. What did you learn during the assignment such as tools, skills, design concepts, software, hardware, etc? ,
what i learned during this assignment was the perfect use of speed and timeing
7. If you were to do the project again, what would you do differently and why? Provide reasons and examples
i would get more measurements so we could get the most accurate times and distance
