This challenge was to go over a gap of three inches and get as close to the edge without going over
1. State the assignment (problem/project) in your own words.
the assignkment is to be able to create a robot that has the ability to carry a cup over 3 tables while crossing a gap of three inches
2. What are your input factors? (What do you need to know or do before you can begin?) Include the research you did.
The factors that are needed is to build a chasis that is actually eligible to go over the three inch gap
3. Describe the process in detail. Explain the steps you followed in order to complete the project.
steps are to build the robot then create the program
4. Describe the final output / product in detail: (what are we looking at?)
the final output is a robot that has the ability to cross a three inch gap while carrying a cup
5. Describe feedback you received during the project (suggestions, comments, etc). From peers, instructor ect.. How did you use this feedback to correct issues with your project?
no feedback
6. What did you learn during the assignment such as tools, skills, design concepts, software, hardware, etc? ,
i learned the angle of rotations from the wheel and how many rotations it takes to go over a 18 foot space
7. If you were to do the project again, what would you do differently and why? Provide reasons and examples
would do nothing

Drive Forward for 2 rotations of the wheels
How far did your robot travel? 7.065 in
Drive Forward for 2 degrees of the wheels
How far did your robot travel? .019625 in
Drive Forward for 2 seconds of the wheels
How far did your robot travel? 33 in
What is the circumference of the robots wheel?
(hint: you will need to measure the diameter of the wheel) 3.5325
How far will the robot drive if the wheels turn 3 rotations? 10.5975
Program your robot to move 3 rotations and measure how far it goes.
Does it go as far as you expected? maybe
Drive Forward 5 rotations slowly and then 1800 degrees backwards as fast as possible.
Make your robot turn around a complete circle (360 degrees).
What happened? How far did your robot turn if you type in 360°?
How many Degrees of the Wheel does your robot need to turn a complete circle? 360*
(hint: keep experimenting until it is perfect!)
